We had an amazing stay at Skyline Retreat for the weekend of our wedding. It was the perfect setting for our special day. We wanted somewhere to have a ceremony and reception. It was important to us to have our family and small children to be able stay so this place was ideal. Leonie was so accommodating and helpful. The property looked fabulous and our guests were so impressed!

The photos don't do this property justice. It is wonderful, well-appointed and well thought out - and the views are spectacular. We had a fantastic time. I will be strongly recommending this place to anyone who asks - and will be back if the opportunity arises! An easy five stars.

This house was absolutely incredible. We used it as accommodation for our wedding weekend - held the wedding elsewhere but did take some photos there beforehand and it provided an excellent backdrop. I definitely recommend this place!

We were very lucky to be the first guests of this amazing place. The pictures on the site are very accurate of what it actually looks like. The house is very modern, clean and is supplied with everything you need for the duration of the stay. The house is very spacious and easily accommodates large groups. One of the most notable features is the spectacular view as it is located on top of a hill. There is entertainment galore, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.

Skyline Retreat was everything we hoped for and more for our wedding. It has that amazing 'wow' factor that we really wanted to impress our guests with. The photo opportunities are endless too - from the beautiful backdrop of the farmlands below, framed by the gorgeous white archway, to the rustic barn and dense green forest, to the long winding driveway. Not to mention the 'Mr & Mrs' Swing overlooking the view! We also chose to do our speeches in the whiskey room, as it created a really nice warm atmosphere with the fireplace and brown leather couches. Leonie was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking process, letting us visit on multiple occasions to view the property and plan the event. We really couldn't have asked for a better venue or location - it's just stunning.'

Skyline Retreat was the perfect setting for our intimate wedding & we had so many wonderful comments from our guests about the location & facilities. All guests that stayed at the property enjoyed the grand furniture & bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the open plan layout really suited a large group. We had many options to choose from when deciding where to position the marquee for our seating & settled on the area at the side of the lounge which was perfect. Our caterers found the space & covered areas easy to work with. As for the ceremony itself, the pergola & sand 'aisle' were awesome features - we also really noticed the position of the large mirror in the entrance area when we were stood up there - a nice touch!! The games room was also a big hit and we found that guests naturally scattered themselves around the house & grounds to have chats, such a lovely flow! We really can't fault anything regarding the facilities. We had a lovely sunny day for our wedding. There were many photo opportunities & we particularly made use of the swing chair, vintage car, pillars & seating in the wood area & seat at the front of the property

Skyline Retreat completely exceeded our expectations! I think we wandered from room to room for about 15 minutes after arriving, with exclamations of "oh wow look at this!"! Spacious and luxurious it was well represented in the photos. The under floor heating was on and was lovely and warm - just what we needed on a chilly July weekend. Lighting the fire was the next thing we did. Heavenly. Divine property in a beautiful get-away-from-it-all location - highly recommend!!
